Hi I have an IPAQ rz1710 with via michelin on it. However despite the SD card still being in the pda it wil not recognise the file and consequently i can not open it. This problem has come around since i let the PDA run out of battery.

Hi Paul, If you let the battery go flat, you would have lost everything, the PDA goes to its original factory settings, so you would have to re-instal ViaMitchelin. With the SD card in, it should ask if you want to install the program again, and you just click ok. Have you tried a soft re-set, or the other re-set, (the full re-set), that may sort it out, have you tried syncing the PDA, have you got a backup on your PC, it may be wise to invest in something like sprite backup.
