I have a 6340 and this is what I did to get it working with TT and my BT receiver (not yours admittedly).

First I paired it with the BT receiver using BT manager. Then I started TT then chose change preferences / show GPS status / Configure. I then had to choose "other NMEA" NOT "other bluetooth" (which would be the logical but wrong choice). I then chose a serial port in the first screen and a Baud rate in the next screen (you may need to experiment a bit with these). And the thing started working.

You need to leave it with a clear view of the sky for a while because it can take up to 30 mins to get its first fix (after that fixes will be much quicker).

I have the HP 6365 and I am using the BT77.

I had trouble at first and found that if I went down the wired route, TT5 didnt turn on the bluetooth manager.

I eventually found a way of doing via the sticky at the top of this page, and using the TT site. I also renamed to "TomTom Wireless GPS"

Here is the link to the TT site, Just follow the directions

Good luck
