I have been enjoying TomTom Navi 5 on my Tungsten E2 for quite a while now. I have the program installed on a 512 mb card. I recently purchased a few 1 gb cards and I want to put the program on one of these cards. Can I simply copy all the necessary folders onto the new card? Or can i install on the new card using the original activation/authorization code that I obtained from the TomTom site?

Thanks in Advance,
Bill

If you have a card reader, the simplest and quickest way is to copy the contents of your original card into an empty folder on your desktop. Then put the new card into the reader, select all the files from the folder and drag and drop them onto the new card.
I bought a new card last week and did it that way - worked fine

Not to harp on Palms, since they're good, but do yourself a favour and grab a USB card reader. If you use your PDA a lot, you'll soon be worshipping the ground your card reader rests on, especially when you have a Palm. I'm not a big fan of ActiveSync, but HotSync is worse in a lot of ways.
