Hi, I went through the monthly subscription process yesterday morning using Nochex to make a switch payment. I had a message saying that my bank had refused the transaction and that I should contact them and try again. My bank told me that they had actually passed the payment and gave me the authorisation number. I tried again as instructed but again it was rejected. I tried to contact Nochex but they do not provide a customer service phone number. I sent them an e-mail explaining all this but,as yet, have had no reply. Surely it shouldn't be this tricky to make a £2 payment? What should I do now? can you help? |

I'll look into this for you, don't worry, if there have been any unwanted transactions we'll refund you immediately. The vast majority of payments get processed without problems but there will always be one or two glitches!
Can you email subscriptions AT pocketgspworld.com with details of the payment and the email address you used? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi Kim,
I have checked our account with Nochex and can confirm that we haven't received payment.
It is most likely that the charged amount is just a "pre-authorisation". As such the transaction will disappear from your card/bank statement in the next couple of days i.e. the payment will not be processed.
In the very unlikely case that the extra payment(s) is charged to your account, we will, of course, refund without question.
Please can we encourage you to try again or try PayPal. _________________ Robert Brady |
