I had the speed camera database on my Garmin i3. When I downloaded the Congestion Charge zone area, my speed camamera database has gone. Dose loading new POI delete stuff already on there??

Yes. You must load all the POIs you want in one go.

Put them all in one folder on your PC and then use POI Loader to load them all.
