Garmin to TomTom preinstalled POI transfer?

I have a Garmin C320 in my work car, and a TomTom One in my other car. In Australia, the preinstalled Garmin POI's are a lot more complete and more accurate than the preinstalled TT ONE POI's. Is there any way I can access and convert the preinstalled Garmin POI's and transfer them to my TT ONE?

Any help with the step by step instructions would be greatly appreciated.
