hi folks i got m5000 im having probs installing tomtom 5 it load in off the sd card any ideas thanks mike

Go to the TomTom web site and download TTN5,21 (its a free upgrade) this package will install correctly on the device as you need a WM2005 operating system compliant version of TomTom, the earlier versions will work OK, but they are quite fiddly to install - go for the upgrade and you should be OK - Mike
