Navman - How do I convert ov2 to csv or asc?

Hi

I have a Navman iCN 550 and want to add some POI files (I have done the Gatso fine) however, when I try to import some of the POI files they are ov2 and my device doesn't recognise them. How do I convert/change them?

Mind you, I did move that post out of the Camera Database forum to a more appropriate one.
