Medion 5 install to a mdpna200 helpppppppppp

I'm try to install Navigon5 to my mdpna200 i'v put every thing on the mmc card that needs to go on there just like when installed 4.75. i then do the hard reset the screen comes on i select the lang. and the device begins the install and in the middle of the install the medion screen pops up. I pressed the navigation icon and nothing happens, none of the icons function . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or any links to someone who has already done this.

Is it the Version 5.1 you are trying to install? If so, I had the same problem and have a fix for it, courtesy of 2 hours spent on the telephone with the Medion Technical line!
