P910i & BT headset

I have read through this forum and it appears some people have the Tom Tom voice commands spoken through their BT headset. I have tried to get this to work on my P910i but without success. I can make and receive calls with the headset but the Tom Tom instructions just come through the phones loud speaker. Can someone tell me if they have actually got this working with a BT headset & a P910i and what I need to do to make it work.
