free lifetime subscription ?

just wondered how long this is taking, I replied to the auto email 10 days ago but have heard nothing since
I realise there will be a lot of people in my boat but it would be nice to hear something

I'll look into this, we're trying to process and turn around applications as quickly as possible and the majority are activated within a few hours of receiving the email. Could I ask you to re-send the email and we'll ahve you set-up ASAP. The entire team is at CeBIT currently but we're processing applications as and when we can get a network connection, despite being the world's largest IT show, Internet connections (or stable ones at least!) are few and far between!
