Warranty

I own my own logistic company and I want to buy some navigation units for my drivers, but before I decide what to buy, I would like to know from others what their after sales experience is.

I’m sure that all manufacturers are good and that all devices can bring you to your destination.
But I can’t find any information regarding the warranty handling. I am particularly interested in the handling of out of warranty repairs.

I have found Garmin's customer service to be par excellence. I once asked them for help with a six year old Garmin 11 that sounded as though it had a loose PCB inside. Within 48hours of posting it to them in Romsey they mailed me a brand "new" unit for free

Do a search on [url]www.ukgser.co.uk [/url] for Garmin support/customer service and you will find that many others buy their products because of the support they know they will receive
