Hi,
Just switched on my Mio 558 and most applications display with a tiny (almost unreadable) font, often filling just the top left hand side of the screen. It looks as if an OS flag is telling the applications that they're writing to a VGA screen! But this isn't WM5 or even WM3(SE).
I've tried both soft and hard resets with no change. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Most "system" menus are OK (but not, for example, setting the clock), and some applications actually run in a "mixed" mode. For example, Memory Map displays its maps and menus correctly, but if I select the "change map" option, the map list has the tiny font.
Any suggestions, or is this a matter of returning it to the supplier (it's still under warranty, but I don't want to part with it needlessly).
