I have extracted the file, and sent to my iCN. Seconds later a window appears on the PC telling me that POI's have been found. HELP! |

Perhaps you can explain your difficulties in more detail so that some of the Forum members can offer assistance.
What files are you referring to?
What was the window that opened?
Are you using Smart ST Desktop? _________________ Navman ICN 520

Have sussed the problem. (1) Available memory on Navman 510 was low, so I deleted Scotland from the Mapping info, not a bad move, they would like to delete us. That's the UK as a whole. (2) I ignored the "so called" advice and loaded the info as an "asc" file not as a "csv" file. If you read the Navman forum this is the method they advise. Changing the file string does not work. Well it did not for me. I have just driven past three cameras, and after loading the "asc" file they all are recognised. I would add that I also use Road Angel. and Navman, with the new update, gives at least 2 seconds warning before Road Angle. Not as loud, and her voice is not there, but the ping warning is still audible at 70mph.
I would also add, that I have been trying to update Road Angel for the last week/10 days without much success. But that's life and the pursuitt of technological nirvana.
