hi
prob been stupid but when i download thd the camera database its extracted as excel or bit map which trying to up load to i3 just says doesnt recocnise them am i downloading the wrong files or doing the wrong thing .any help will be much help thanks

Hi I'm Jamie and im new to this, ive downloaded the speed camera database and installed it onto my i3, can anyone tell me whether you have to activate it or does it run auto as you are in navigate mode? the file is in custom points on my i3 is this in the correct place and if not can anyone tell me where to install it and how please

Jamie,
You have the file in the correct place.
Have a look in settings and make sure proximity alerts are switched on.
The alerts will work whether you are in navigation mode or not.
You should note though that you will only be warned of a camera if you are travelling within about 5mph of it's set speed and you will only see an icon if you are going over the set speed.
