frozen tom tom go 300

hi there,

whilst driving along ym tom tom go 300 decided to freeze. It hasn't happened before. trying to turn it off didn't work so I used the reset button. Now I get as far as the splash screen and it freezes. Have tried reinstalling but same problem.

any ideas?

I had this problem with a 500. Would not reset only went back to splash screen. I informed TT who arranged for me to send it back which I did but some one at at tom tom also emailed me a zip file, can not remember what it ws as never used it as had all ready sent my unit off. I was told it had some kind of program conflict and running the zip would cure this.

Give tt a call. ONLY TOOK 6 DAYS ROUND TRIP NOT BAD I THOUGHT
