Hi,

I've recently installed the Speed Camera database onto my I3 yet when I went past a couple of speed camera's the other day I didn't get a warning.

Do I have to enable the POI's, do I have to change a setting in the I3 or should they automatically update? I've also installed the POI's from Garmin POI Website would this make a difference?

Do you have to be travelling faster than the speed limit to get a warning?

Thanks in advance?
1. POIs need to be loaded together in one pass with the i3 - therefore you need to have amalgamated MaFt's POIs with the unzipped Speedcam ones in the same subdirectory before transferring them. If you have transferred MaFt's ones after the speedcams - then you will have overwritten the latter... 8O

2. You need to have 'proximity tones' enabled on the i3 to be 'bonged' when approaching a speedcam POI.

3. Yes - you will only see/hear the speedcam POIs when exceeding the defined applicable speed for that point.

cheers mate, I made sure that all the csv's and the bmp's where in the same folder before I uploaded them to the I3 and they are all in the custom points menu on the I3.

How do you enable the proximity tones on the I3? Do you only enable them for the speedcamera's or does it bong everything in your custom points?

Cheers
