Sign up problems

I have sent updates 3 times in the past few months of new & moved cameras (mainly Specs & fixed cameras, and some mobiles), which entitles me to free lifetime membership according to the web site. I don't appear to be recognised however when I sign on and am directed to the payment screen.

I have re-sent my details twice this week (to dataalreadysubmitted address), and the attachments, but there has been no change.

Please can you look into this?

The problems are sorted out now thanks. It seemed to take a while for my post to appear in the forum, by which time the problem had already been resolved. Thanks.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
