Help concerning speed camera installation on TT500

I have just installed speed cameras on my TomTom500 and activated the sound (bugle)on all types of cameras, the camera symbols are on the map but the warning sound will only work on one type (mobile), can anyone help?

Hi Wetbrush and welcome.

Can you tell us, which cameras you installed?

Can you see them in the Folder when connected to the PC?

Did you use Warn When Near with every camera POI?

This sort of information, and anything else relevant, will make it easier to help you.

The symbols may be appearing on the map but are they flashing up in the corner of the screen when you approach one?

If not:-
either you have either not set ALL of the categories up in Change Preferences/Manage POI/Warn when near POI,

or you have ticked "Warn only when on route" in the same set up, and you are driving without a route set.

Thanks for your replies, I've installed Continental, Uk Redlight, Uk Mobile,
Uk Temp, Uk Gatso and Uk Specs, I have ticked the relevant boxes and added the sounds to every camera, I can also see all of the cameras in the TomTom folder.
I havn't ticked the "warn only when on route boxes" and the symbol is only flashing on the Uk mobile camera, could it be that I havn't got enough
memory on my card?

I have took notice of all the advice you have given, I have gone through the process again, this time the symbols are flashing in the corner of the screen on the demo, all I need to do now is try it out for real, thanks for all your help.
