toshiba e740 & GPS cf/flashcard (Xtrac 2 ) tomtom3 loadi

hi had some fun getting it to load gps satnav and get a location, now trying to add speed camera database, using 256mb s.d. card for gb map and cf(fgpcfcd02) gps card. have attempted to load speed camera database and mucked it up badley (had to reload everything) can some advise how to load correctly to my toshiba e740 the speed cameras/overlays and WHERE i should load them, sorry for being a pain but my effots have been a total caos 8O
please keep it simple i noticed there are many downloads to do and need it for saturday
any help please 8O
