This is doing my head in :x

I've just got an Ipaq 2210 & BT338 which connect just fine.

However, if I just want to browse around TT5 (looking at maps, setting POI's etc), every few seconds a Bluetooth Console screen appears requesting that I select a BT device.

To start with, bluetooth is switched off as I don't want to connect. But this screen keeps appearing and won't go away, even if I press OK or cancel.

Eventually, I have to do a soft reset to get rid of it. But of course, next time I try, it's back Angry

How do I stop this appearing.

Help me stop tearing my hair out, as I haven't got much left.

Baz

Hi Bazzer
Its me again. I have seen your problem with your Bluetooth and I overcame it by downloading a free application called BTweak. It runs in the background and it overcomes the snag that you are faced with. I got it from

http://www.tonberendsen.com/PDADownloadlinks.htm

I think it’s a foreign site but if you run down the list you will see it. There are no instructions with it but I installed it and everything was then fine.
I will be away for a couple of days but when I return I will have a look on the forum to see how got on.

Thanks Trevor. I will certainly check that out.

Cheers
