|

I bought the Fortuna Clip-on Bluetooth GPS reciever and have been very happy with it. Now however I can not connect with my iPAQ hx 4700 when searching for the GPS i get a "BTWizardProfiles" messge that says "The Device does not offer any useable services. Please enable any disired services on that device or choose another one." when clicking ok there are no service selections available to pick.
Can anyone help, is this a fault with the GPS or with the iPAQ? |

Delete the GPS unit from the ipaq, then try again from scratch to connect the unit up - Mike |

A factory reset is a bit drastic but if that hasn't fixed it try removing the battery out of the GPS for 30 mins then try again, do you have another BT equipped device to try with the IPAQ to establish that is working correctly? - Mike |

It is starting to point at the GPS unit being faulty, do you know anyone local who has a BT equipped PDA that you could try to connect with - this only confirms the GPS is dead, but might be worth trying first, if possible - Mike |
