Navman GPS 500 problemswith Palm m515

I am using a palm m515 with SmartPath installed

Bought a nice Navman GPS 500 off of ebay

When i attach it and run SmartPath i get two errors in the drop down menu, please could anybody enlighten me?

Is the device broken? I've sat outside with it for a several minutes and to no avail it just hops between the two messages.

"GPS does not deliver data" and "GPS cannot fix position"

I had same problem
I managed to find an upgrade, which cured the problem.
Sorry don't have time right now, but will try to find the download site for you

I have found a copy of the program upgrade on my pc, if you want I could send it to you, I have already sent you a message with my email . just let me know, and i will send it you , together with some instructions.
