Dear sir,
I have a strange problem with my Holux GPSlim236. If anyone get similar problem please help me to find the solution.
Details:
PocketPC - Acer n10 running on PPC2002
Bluetooth Comport - Inbound com 7 , Outbound com 8
GPS Reciever - Holux GPSlim236, Baud rate 38400
Last month it worked well without any problems. I leaved my 236 on my table without usage until yesterday. When I turned on the unit, everything seemed to work fine as normal but my 236 could not detected by any GPS navigation softwares including GPS Viewer. After scaning for GPS, No GPS found on every Comport. The bluetooth paired and SPP is selected correctly, I don't know why GPS could not assigned to Bluetooth Comport as before. No infomations, satellite and data stream are shown on the GPS application but the red LED keep blinking normally.
I have found how to reset the unit by using short circuit the internal battery, it still could not fix the problem. are there any other way to fix this problem? or my unit faulty. Please helps.
