could anyone help me in importing the database for safety cameras into my unit,in the manual it tells you that you can import your own poi into unit but i cannot find the correct file format for this on the pocket gps site,and in windows explorer i cannot seem to find the file where poi are stored. |

it is the myguide 3500 GO model manual at www.typhoon.de/en/art.php?p=761,right site wrong page,thanks.the manual keeps on about "data sets" ? not a file format i know of ! page 90 of falk navigator manual. |

Hmmm...
I didn't have much luck. The Falk Navigator manual is

That mentions that lists of data sets are available from the Falk website, so I tried Here and that has some POI listswith a .cpz file extension, such as Golf Courses = en_d_golf.CPZ
I don't recognise that file format, as one in the camera download, I'm afraid.
It DOES also say that you can import your Outlook address book. Maybe that is another way in? Not something I use or understand either.
Anyone else help? |

Your other problem is that I don't think this software has a "warn when near POI" function or "show all POIs on map". So even if you import the camera database it will not be a lot of good to you. _________________ Peter
