POI Warner on Medion Navigator 4.75

Hi Guys.

I have a problem with poi warner on my medion navigatot version 4.75.
The problem is that if both voices try to talk at the same time they clash resulting in a loud crackle from the speaker.

On the screen shots of poi warner it shows a button that enables the poi sound to take over from the navigator sound if the both try to speak at once but I can't find it on my system (Medion PNS200s).

Anyone here have any ideas?

I have tried both types of resets but that did not help.
