All of USA on one SD card

I have a 2GB SD card for my Treo 650 and want to put USA on it. Is there a complete US map, or do I have to put the 6 region maps?

There's a complete map, around 940 MB in size. Purely US though, no Canada.

I can't find it on my set of CDs. Am I missing it, or do I need to get it from somewhere else?

I don't think there is a complete map, just a Major Roads one.

The complete US map can be bought on SD card in Europe, for example for the GO 500. The map is also loaded on the GO 700 that sells in the US.
