On OFf switch at back of ICN. question

when i turn the switch off then i turn it back on it freezes on the zomming car picture with smarrtst in th ebottom left, i can still sync when its like this.

is this suppose to happen?

does your ICN do the same it does it load the backup from My flash Disk.

when i sync i dont have a my flash disk and it deletes my flash disk when i do the reset .

just woundering is this normal?

ICN 520 won't connect to PC

The blue screen shows that it's connected then the unit restarts.

Any idea's?

Activsync is on, the cable is plugged in, the mains is plugged in.
