Using GPS signal to re-order Favourites like POI

Hello all,

does anyone know anything about how to use the GPS signal ?

I was hoping to get the GPS to feed current location Lat/Long to an excel file into 2 seperate cells.

I could then dream up a formula that calculated the distance from current location to each item in a favourites list, and then reorder the list based on the calculation.
This would give us a sort of list similar to the POI's that is ordered by nearest to location which I could then save back to Destinator as favourite2 using a macro.
This means you would have to run the excel file every time you wanted an updated list - but this is better than what we have at the moment.

any ideas ?
