Tom Tom One manual

This may be a little unusual but I hate trying to read instructions on the computer screen so wish to print the manual supplied on the cd rom with my new Tom Tom One. When I try to do this and check the print preview I can only see two pages. Is this another idea by Tom Tom to stop customers printing manuals, if not dose anyone know how I can do this.

Hi Zylog

When the manual has loaded on to your computer, if you right click your mouse on the first page, a menu appears & so far down is print, left click your mouse on this and it will print all 44 pages.
