It's in the built-in Stadium POI as "Donnington Park Circuit" (they clearly can't spell Donington). Meanwhile, the position in the PocketGPS POI file for motor racing circuits seems to be nowhere near there!

This gives an opportunity to mention the Multimap technique. Go to multimap.com and put in the postcode - DE74 2RP. On screen, you'll get a map, which has at the bottom:

52:49:42N, 1:22:21W    (Postcode)

In the Map screen in Navigator, tap Tools, then Go to co-ordinates. You can then input a WGS84 position - in this case 001<degrees>22'21"W 052<degrees>49'42"N. The entry is a little strange in that window - but essentially you're overtyping what's already there. Once you realise that, it's easy enough - tap to put the caret in the right place, and start entering - I use Fitaly, but if you haven't got that, Keyboard should work well.

Having never been to Donington Park myself, I don't know whether the route you'll get is reasonable - but Navigator does realise it has to go along what it has marked as roads unavailable for navigation to reach the destination. On the way home, you may find you have "GPS position unreliable" showing until you reach the public road.
