Hey, I've just upgraded to an XDA Mini S, and its my first PDA.
I really want to get GPS working on it, I already have a Royaltek Sapphire USB, which I used to use in the car with my laptop, and autoroute, and as you may know you can change the wire part to what I would presume would be mini usb to plug into the bottem of my PDA.
Cons of this are that with the usb port gone i can no longer charge in the car, and I ofter go on long journeys. But its the cheapest, even though the wire costs £24.99!!!
Other option, to buy a Mini SD GPS memory card thing, my friend, said that his friend has one and loves it (and apparently also has a mini s), however I have been unable to find one, do they exist?
3rd option, would be to give up and buy tomtom software and gps, which one should I get? I am new to this and there seems to be so many options I dont know where to begin!
Hi,
I had a customer enqire about a mini SD GPS, and Expansys said they are in the process of sorting one out, no dates yet though, i have never seen one, but i cant say 100% if hey are not available, but im sure they are not yet anyway(i may be wrong) Why not use a Gps in car cradle?

the pda uses a mini usb conector to charge it so a usb gps wont work with though a bluetooth gps will and yes you will be able to use a bt headset to make/recive calls as well as use th gps at the same time this would be a better option as witha mini sd gps would not leave you anywhere to storge the maps _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone.
