Hi was wondering if anyone can help...

A very good friend bought the above GPS system from ALDI just before Xmas.

I was wondering if there was any way of installing TomTom software on this (it's not the PDA but the dedicated GPS system)?

If not, he has seperate maps for France and Spain (all he really needs), so can he out these on the same memory card and just select the one he needs or do they need to be on seperate cards?Also which size of card would it require?

hi there sorry to sound a bit stupid but just bought the 96800 (first sat nav unit ) and why would you change the software and what can you gain from doing this..

Because Tom Tom software is generally regarded as superior...

Although the Medion one does seem quite good also
