TT5 switched off

I have TT5 and Dell Axim X50.
TT5 works perfectly only if I don't press NAVIGATE TO.
Whenever I use NAVIGATE TO, the software just switched off instantly (not the X50).

Has anyone got the same problem?

I used to have TT3 which worked alright with X50.

Are you using a legitimate copy of TTN5?
