3D PPC Topo Maps?

Is there any software which offers 3D topo maps for a PDA? I see a few programs like Memory-Map which offer exciting 3D layouts for PCs, but what about PocketPCs?

Pocket PC are generally not deemed powerful enough for the rendering of 3D maps. The small screen also somewhat diminishes the value of a 3D view for topo maps. You'll have to wait one or two more years.
