City maps same or more detailed than regional?

TomTom has downloadable city maps. Does anyone know if these are more detailed than the regional maps? I put in an address in Houston and it's not in the regional map. I'm wondering if buying the city map will correct this with a more detailed map of the city. Question

Maps are the same. The release date may be different so there is hope that newer maps have less errors.

What address did you not find?

I put in an address for a residence. I was hoping that the regional left out some things like this and the city map included them. When the address is put in, TTN5 brings up a map showing a completely different address in the same zip code area but otherwise not even close.

you can expect the same behaviour on both maps.

We also have a longstanding open request into TomTom to reveal the coverage limits of the downloadable maps. So far without success.
