Viamichelin V3.1 how to add poi's

Can anyone help a total novice to this system. I have just bought an ipaq 1710 navigator package with viamichelin V3.1 installed.
Which poi do i need to download for the speed cameras and how do i sync it to my ipaq?
And could you please tell me in simple terms

The only change since I wrote it is that you no longer need to use POIEdit to convert the files (Step E) as the download from here now includes .asc files which you can read directly into POIManager (as per step F). You still need to resize the .bmp files from the os2 .bmp directory (Step B), however for users with v4 of vM this apparantly is no longer a requirement.
