Handnav Technology BS Goes On

I made an online order to Handnav.co.uk for a Holux Gr 236 A product that they advertised as in stock. A week after I made my order they finally said my order was being processed. Week after that, they said that my deferred order has been released!!! Well, I haven't got the product yet!! I sent an email to sales but the reply was as cryptic as the progress of my order like order received, order processed, order deferred order released, WTF These people must think that they're the only company selling these products??!!! Never would I do business with this company again. Even if I have to use a friggin' MAP!!!!

I ordered a Brodit mount and a Tomtom blutooth in car charger from Handnav on the 6th of December. I too had the confusing, order deferred email. The order arrived on the 19th of December, minus the BT charger. I phoned them immediately and was told that there had been a mistake made in the packing dept and a replacement would be sent out. A week went by and nothing arrived. I have now sent 3 emails to them,all of which have been ignored. The telephone number on their website is either engaged or just rings and rings and rings!!! You get the picture. This company are very quick to take your order, but not so quick on the aftersales. I am absolutely fuming and would recommend that people think very carefully before using this useless company.
