Hi hope someone can help. bought a 700 about 6 weeks ago, but having trouble starting it, at least every other day I have to press the RESET to get it going again. My question is if I reformatted the hard drive on the 700 and then re installed the backup could this solve the problem. just unsure about reformat would I still be able to to a complete backup. have emailed tomtom about a week ago but still no answer.
