it might be that your phone is not compatible with the Go 700, alot of phones are not, visit www.tomtom.com or call them on 0845 161 0009 _________________ Regards

So far the tt700 I find is a great piece of kit the only minus point is this problem I am having with the setup of the Plus services, I don't find it a big problem because I am not to concerned if I can't sort it, I just think that after getting a top of the range piece of kit it should work to its altimate promise. TT are at the moment trying to sort the problem and I must say they have been excellent so far in the coms dept. but have not found the answer as yet. |

yeah, i've heard pretty good things about TT's customer service. I have yet to need it, but its comforting to know. have you gone on any significant road trips with the 700 yet? |

Not been on any major trips as yet but I use it continuously for work and found it much better than my old pda system with nav 3. Alas to say I may have jumped the gun with the praises for the support coms. as they promised to get back to me the following day but to no avail, probably can't find a solution !!! bit disappointing, as I say I like things to work and do what they are supposed to but I shant bother now so they have probably lost a PLUS customer, :x |

that's too bad the TT support hasnt been working out for you. The one time I contacted them I had a really good expereince. The past two weeks I have been dealing with my cable companies customer support every day to get work done and they are completely incompetant, I wish I had a second option for that. |

i see. i guess i would contact tomtom on their website or your phone provider (have you gotten around to this). Clubtomtom.com might be able to help you as well. |
