Error in Planning (2)

In the middle of December I started a thread about my pda giving me the message "Error in Planning" when calculating a route.

When I bought this PDA system it came with dodgy software so I bought new TT5 software.

I put the dodgy one into the PDA today and it works fine. Now that I'm satisfied that it's the authentic card at fault, should I send that back to TT for repair/replacement or try the upgrade first? My reasoning is that I may ruin the card if I try downloading on to it and TT could say it was my fault. Furthermore, if I send it back, what's the chances that they'll send me the upgraded version 5.2?

What are your thoughts?

Maybe its best to ask Tomtom??

I've had this before and it was the memory card at fault
