Medion PPC 250 - speed cameras - need you help !

Hi all very new to this board, i just purchased the Medion pda with sat nav on it, trouble is i want to load the speed cameras on to it, i have found some really interesting posts on here - but i just cant seem to be able to follow the steps. Does anyone have a few minutes to write me an idiots guide to ho i can download the speed cameras. Bearing in mind i have never used a pda before and very rarely download files.
Sorry if this is in the wronf forum but like i said im new.
Hope some one can help a damsal in distress !!!!
