TT5 not working anymore on Mitac Mio 168

Hi, have had TT working just great on my Mio. But then the other day drive somewhere with it, got to my destination and exited the progrma and turned off my pda as usual.

But then when I came back to my car to use it to navigate home it wouldnt start.

I click on the big Tomtom icon on my screen then usuall click on the pair of hands in the bottom right. As soon as I do this my pda freezes and a soft reset is the only way to get it working again.

Any ideas what on earth is wrong please?

the config file may be corrupted. Try removing/renaming the cfg file.

Ta, in the end I deleted the whole sd card and then copied across my backup from my pc.

All seems to work fine although will need to reinstall the speed camera database by the look of it.

Think I caused the prob by perhaps not shutting TT down b4 turning off the pocket pc.
