Idea How To Get Speed Cam Data On To All GPS Units

I have an idea how to get speed cam data on to all GPS units. Im not guaranteeing it will work on all GPS units but it may offer an interesting work around.

I got a Navman iCN320 for my Christmas but I was disappointed that it didnt support Speed Cam data I had a look around and discovered that speed cam POI couldn't be added. This got me thinking. Now what if this restriction is simply due to the fact that no more POI's can be added. If this is the case then why not simply change the the name of a POI say Airports to Speed Cameras? Even if you cant rename Airports you could just change the Airport location database to Speed Camera location data. The only drawback would be you would be warned of an Airport every couple of miles!

Im no expert at programming but if someone who is an expert at this could help it may be an interesting workaround.
