Hey,
Has anybody experienced this problem?
Went to start TomTom2 this morning, which has been happily working fine for the last 4 or so weeks, to find that it had done a complete reset!!
i.e just like a fresh install, were you get the "do not use this software whilst driving..." message "accept or decline" and then the blue overlay screen that you have to click and hold.
All my preferences had been reset, all favourites gone, also checkpoint had reset itself, i.e all recorded POI's gone, voice enable had to be reset..
I am running the latest versions of TomTom and GPS, have not loaded or deleted any software, funny thing is that it was working fine yesterday morning!! |

Yes I have. It's happened on my 2210. I've tried to trick it into doing it again, but not knowing what caused it to happen the first time round, I have not been able to duplicated this problem. I got the same tap and hold message on the map screen. |

Just happened to me. Everything working great, until I just switched on, then the dreaded accept or decline, and tap and hold screens. Very strange.
All my preferences lost, and had to be reset. Anybody any ideas why ?

I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with the settings files in \my documents as I'm purposely not syncing files in ActiveSync. |
