Error Code E90001 Navman 510 upgrade

I recently purchased the £99 upgrade for my Navman 510 to have the 2005 software and maps. I am stuck with the upgrade. Originally I could not sync and this was my Firewall settings but I have over come this. Now I have deleted all the old maps on the system but I cannot load the new ones. I need to register the software but keep getting the error message E90001 talk to Navman??

Any ideas as I now have a system with no maps!! Tried another PC and same happened. I get a different result if I unplug the 510 then it says it cannot see the net.

Managed to get the thing registered maybe an issue at Navman. But...
Now I cannot load the maps. When I click on the map to load its on the CD but I cannot register the maps as nothing happens.

I give up and will call then Monday...not that happy as I have been on this for 3 days
