Trouble downloading Western Europe Maps

Hi guys,

Having just got my mitts on a new Navigator 5 package I've tried to purchase the Western Europe maps. I go all the way throught the checkout etc until I get to the payment page when all I get is a blank screen and a small IE 'done' in the bottom left corner.
However when I go to 'my orders' in the account section I have a list of all my previous attemps to order and I'll probably end up with a dozen Euro maps!!!
Anybody had the same problem or any ideas?

From memory you will have to allow popups for the TomTom website.

I have tried temporarily disabling Norton and lo! It all works.
