I have TomTom Navigator 2 - Bluetooth - has been working fine all week with iPaq, now all I can get on the receiver is a green light, won't even show that it is charging with red/orange light, no bluetooth light flashing at all. iPaq cannot connect to unit.
Please help |

Unfortunately this is what happened to our first preview unit. There isn't a fix apart from contacting TomTom. |

Thanks for your response - I tried to contact TomTom via e-mail - still no response, I phoned them on Friday - they suggested I had not installed the software correctly - which I had - I contacted the company I bought it from, who said it was a 'known' problem with the power switch - and I should return it, they arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which arrived this morning ! |
