Medion MDPNA175
Hi I am very new to the Sat Nav world.
I am trying to update and send files to my sat nav system as the files for maps is out of date. I have only recently purchased the system and would like to know how to use the data cable connection.
HELP !!
Please !! |

Install activesync onto your pc, then once it is loaded plug the USB cable into your unit and then the PC, from this point follow the instructions it will ask you to make a partnerhip. do this or you can use the guest option and then you can transfer files to and from the unit to the pc and vice versa. _________________ IPAQ 3950 Tomtom 6 with Navman 3450 sleeve v6 USA & Canada & Western Europe maps, 2gb Sandisk sd card, POIWarner V2.0.

I have a firewall and the relevant software to protect the pc installed.
I have downloaded th database on speed cameras and appear to have all of the relevant info.
It is just the transfer of the info from my pc to my sat nav.
Thank you for your time on this it really has me at a loss !! |

Have you tried turning the firewall off in case it is blocking the Activesync connection, I know on my one I have to tell it that I want to use the program to allow the transfer of data. _________________ IPAQ 3950 Tomtom 6 with Navman 3450 sleeve v6 USA & Canada & Western Europe maps, 2gb Sandisk sd card, POIWarner V2.0.
