I have only had my i3 for a few days, but the voice prompts keep getting Left and Right incorrect. (The route arrows are correct). Is that normal? - more irritating than anything!!
Also, on the question of V7 and V8 maps, how do I tell which one I have.
Thanks Peter (Suffolk) |

Never come across that and I have clocked around 9k miles with mine. The unit does take some tight bends as turns in some places so you get two commands close together so it can seem like you have got a right instead of a left. |

Thanks for that observation. I have been driving mainly on small country roads so that explanation could be right.
Thanks a lot for the reply

Hi paradime
Did you allow plenty of time when you first set up your language on the i3 as it takes quite a while to load. Try changing the language to something else then change it back again but giving it plenty of time for the i3 to install it. _________________ TomTom Go 910 (3) v.6.522 Map Western Europe v.650 with useless TMC receiver

Thanks for the tip, I'll change the voice now. Wish I was in North Island, it's Minus 1 here Brrrr!
